补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征闭经患者的效果

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血方治疗肾虚血瘀型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)闭经患者的临床效果。方法收集2014年3~7月在浙江省中西医结合医院妇科门诊及生殖医学门诊就诊诊断为肾虚血瘀型PCOS闭经的患者20例,均采用补肾活血方治疗3个月,对治疗前后患者的月经情况、中医证候、临床体征和性激素水平变化情况进行统计学分析。结果治疗3个月后,患者中医证候积分、体重、体重指数(BMI)、多毛评分、黑棘皮比例、血清黄体生成素(LH)、LH/卵泡刺激素(FSH)比值均较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后妊娠率为20%,临床总有效率为80%。结论补肾活血方能改善肾虚血瘀型PCOS闭经患者的中医证候和临床体征,降低血清LH水平和LH/FSH比值,促进排卵,有效改善患者月经周期紊乱情况。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Decoction in treating amenorrhea caused by polycystie ovary syndrome （PCOS） with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. Methods A total of 20 patients with amenorrhea caused by PCOS with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis treated in Outpatient Depart- ment of Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine of Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Zhejiang Province from March to July 2014 were col- lected, all patients were treated with Bushen Huoxue Decoction for 3 months. The menstrual status, TCM syndromes, clinical signs and levels of sex hormones of the patients before and after treatment were statistical- ly analyzed. Results After 3 months of treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes, the body weight, body mass index （BMI）, hirsutism scores, the percentage of acan- thosis nigricans, serum luteinizing hormone （LH） and the ratio of LH/follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） were all decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, the differences were all statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the pregnancy rate was 20% and the total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes and clinical signs of patients with amenorrhea caused by PCOS with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis, reduce the levels of serum LH and the ratio of LH/FSH, promote ovulation, and improve the patients~ menstrual cycle disorders effectively.
