米雅治疗婴儿功能性便秘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究米雅口服给药治疗婴儿功能性便秘的临床疗效。结果将100例被确诊为功能性便秘的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗的基础上每日加用口服米雅,疗程均为4周。比较两组患儿便秘症状的变化情况。结果治疗4周后,观察组治疗有效率为90%,显著高于对照组(72%)(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,两组婴儿的排便间隔时长及大便性状均比治疗前有明显的改善(P<0.01),且观察组患儿的改善程度比对照组患儿更加显著(P<0.05)。停药2周后对两组患儿大便情况进行随访,观察组总有效率(64%)显著高于对照组(30%)(P<0.05)。两组患儿均未出现明显的不良反应。结论在基础治疗的同时应用米雅治疗婴儿功能性便秘疗效显著,未发现任何不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of oral administration of Mia in the treatment of infant functional constipation. Results A total of 100 cases of functional constipation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given basic treatment, and the observation group was given daily addition of oral Mia based on the basic treatment. And the treatment course was 4 weeks. The changes in constipation symptoms between the two groups were compared. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 90% in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group （72%）（P〈0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the defecation interval and stool traits of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment（P〈0.01）, and the improvement of the children in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group（P〈O.05）. The stool situation in the two groups was followed up after stopping drugs for 2 weeks, and the total effective rate （64%） in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （30%）（P〈 0.05）. No obvious adverse reactions in two groups of children occurred. Conclusion The application of Miya while basic treatment in infant functional constipation is significant, and no adverse reactions are found.It is worthy of clinical application.
