依那普利叶酸片辅治H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察与探讨依那普利叶酸片辅治H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年12月~2017年1月期间于我院就诊及治疗的100例H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组各50例,对照组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀加硝苯地平缓释片治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予依那普利叶酸片辅治,对比并分析两组患者的效果。结果观察组患者治疗后MDA水平、SOD水平、NO水平、ET水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者治疗后的血浆HCY水平、Barthel评分、NIHSS评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对H型高血压致急性脑梗死患者进行常规治疗的同时,增加使用依那普利叶酸片辅助治疗的效果更佳。Objective To observe and explore the clinical effect of enalapril folate tablets in the auxiliary treatment of acute cerebral infarction caused by H-type hypertension. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarc- tion caused by H-type hypertension who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the study subjects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into two groups, with each group of 50 patients. Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin plus nifedipine sustained-release tablets, and the patients in the observation group were treated with enalapril folate tablets on the ba- sis of the control group. The effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of MDA, SOD, NO and ET in the observation group after the treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were significant （P〈0.05）. The levels of plasma HCY, Barthel score and NIHSS score in the observation group after the treatment were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is better to further apply enalapril folate tablets in the auxiliary treatment of acute cerebral infarction caused by H-type hypertension on the basis of the conventional treatment.
