摘  要:目的探讨视频脑电图监测新生儿惊厥状态的护理体会。方法选取2016年1月~2017年3月在本院登记建档的惊厥查因的新生儿共200例,入院后采集应用药物前及应用药物后视频脑电图参数,探讨视频脑电图监测新生儿惊厥状态的护理体会。结果观察组总满意度高于对照组,分别为98.0%和79.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿纠正胎龄40周NBNA评分比较,观察组NBNA评分正常者比率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新生儿惊厥状态进行止惊处理可有效减短惊厥脑损伤时间,视频脑电图监测时有效的护理干预可以对患者的症状起到缓解作用,改善患者的惊厥状态,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the nursing experience of video electroencephalogram (EEG) for monitoring neonatal seizures. Methods A total of 200 newborns who were registered in our hospital were examined for the reasons of seizure from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected. After admission, the video EEG parameters were collected before the application of medication and after the application of medication. The nursing experience of video EEG for monitoring neonatal seizure was discussed. Results The total satisfaction rate in the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with 98.0% and 79.0% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05); the NBNA score of the corrected fetal age of 40 weeks in both groups was compared, and the normal NBNA score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The anti-seizure treatment for neonatal seizure can effectively shorten the damage time of seizure brain injury. Effective nursing intervention during video EEG monitoring can play a role in alleviating the patients" symptoms, and patients" seizure status has been improved, which has a high clinical application value.
