摘 要:通过分析胞外聚合物(EPS)、污泥形态特征、相对疏水性(RH)和膜污染阻力分布,研究了不同性质污泥(正常污泥、膨胀污泥)对动态膜(DM)形成和膜污染的影响,结果表明,正常污泥由于较大的污泥粒径和相对疏水性动态膜形成较膨胀污泥快,时间分别为25 min和50 min;动态膜反应器运行中主要阻力为泥饼阻力,正常污泥与膨胀污泥泥饼阻力分别占总阻力的83.91%和94.87%,膨胀污泥由于大量丝状菌的存在显著增加了泥饼阻力;膨胀污泥较正常污泥结构松散,形态极不规则,EPS浓度尤其是多糖浓度高于正常污泥,使膨胀污泥的膜污染程度和速率均高于正常污泥。The effect on dynamic membrane( DM) formation and membrane fouling of normal sludge and bulking sludge was investigated from the viewpoints of extracellular polymeric substances( EPS),relative hydrophobicity( RH),and the characteristics of floc shapes. The results showed that the DM formation in normal sludge was faster than it was in the bulking sludge due to the larger particle size and higher RH of the normal sludge,and the formation times of the DM in normal sludge and bulking sludge were 25 min and 50 min,respectively.The cake resistance significantly contributed to the filtration resistance,which accounted for 83. 91% and 94. 87% of the total resistance in normal sludge and bulking sludge,respectively. The large number of filamentous bacteria in the bulking sludge resulted in severe cake fouling. Moreover,the comparatively more open and irregular morphology and higher EPS concentration,particularly the carbohydrate concentration,in bulking sludge lead to a more severe fouling propensity and higher fouling rate than normal sludge.
