摘 要:机力通风冷却塔广泛应用于医院等大型公共建筑中的中央空调循环冷却水系统,运行时对周边环境的噪声影响很大。针对张家港市第一人民医院使用的4组共16台机力通风冷却塔,首先基于声线追踪法数值仿真模型,定量分析了这些冷却塔对周边环境的噪声影响,提出了噪声控制的综合治理方案,并定量预测评价了治理效果;之后,对方案实施后的实际治理效果进行了详细测量。结果显示,方案设计阶段的仿真预测结果与实测结果偏差小于3 d B,仿真模型准确可靠;方案实施后,在冷却塔周边居民区最不利噪声敏感点的降噪量达10.8 d BA,成功达到了工程预期目标。该工作可作为中央空调室外大型机力通风冷却塔噪声控制工程的有益参考。Mechanical draft cooling towers are mostly used in cooling water circulation systems for central air conditioners in hospitals and other large public buildings. They usually generate high levels of noise,annoying the surrounding communities. In this paper,an engineering design and implementation study on noise control of large mechanical draft cooling towers is introduced and discussed based on a real project. The mechanical draft cooling towers involved are used by Zhangjiagang First People's Hospital and are composed of four groups of 16 towers. In the design stage,we first built a numerical model based on ray-tracing technology with commercial software( RAYNOISE). This model enables simulation of the noise impact around the towers before they are controlled,as well as prediction of community noise reduction around the towers after control engineering has been done. Second,we proposed a set of practical engineering measures for tower-noise control,based on the prediction support in the simulation model above. The engineering measures were implemented in sequence and detailed measurements were carried out on the community noise after the control engineering. The results show that,for community noise reduction,there was only a 3 d B difference between the prediction from the simulations and the measurements. They also showed that the community noise was reduced up to 10. 8 d BA due to the control engineering. These indicate that,the noise control engineering in this case was shown to be successful and that noise control engineers could greatly benefit in the design stage,from reliable simulations based on ray-tracing technology.
