摘　　要：高校网络新闻宣传工作担负着重要的思想引领、信息传递、文化传播、人才培养功能。实际工作中,要把握政治性、及时性、真实性、大众性和服务性原则。做好这项工作,要求网络新闻宣传工作者具备四种素质——爱、责任、信任、超越,增强四种能力——政治鉴别力、执行操作力、协调沟通力和学习创新力。The publicity of Internet news in universities carries out the function of ideological guidance,information delivery, cultural transmission and talent cultivation, in which the principles of emphasizing political awareness, timeliness, authenticity, popularity and service orientation should be held in practice.Thus professionals in internet news are required to raise the four qualities of love, responsibility, trust and surpassing expectations as well as to improve the four abilities of political judgement, enforcement,communication and innovation.
