摘　　要：目的:优选九味蒲芍胶囊处方中挥发油的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,以挥发油提取量为指标,选择药材粉碎度、加水倍数、提取时间为因素,采用正交实验设计优化提取工艺。结果:挥发油的最佳提取工艺为药材粗碎过24目筛,加8倍量水,提取8h。结论:优化的提取工艺稳定可靠,可用于九味蒲芍胶囊处方中含挥发油中药材的提取。Objective： To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Jiuwei Pushao Capsule. Methods：The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation. The extraction process was taken as the index. Volume of volatile oil as index,orthogonal test method was used for studying the effect of three extracting factors （the crushing degree, the amount of water and the extracting time）. Results：The optimum extraction process of volatile oil was the crude dish of 24 mesh sieve, and 8 times of water was added for extracting 8 hours. Conclusion ： The optimized？ extraction process is stable and reliable, and can be applied to the extraction of volatile oil from Jiuwei Pushao Capsule.
