中药注射剂在两种骨科疾病中的用药疗程探讨

摘　　要：目的:对某院髌骨骨折及锁骨骨折患者中应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂的疗程进行统计分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对髌骨骨折及锁骨骨折患者应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂的疗程、联合用药率等进行回顾性分析。结果:髌骨骨折患者中疗程在16天内的占88.1%,疗程为5~7天的最多。锁骨骨折患者中疗程在7天内的占85.83%,疗程为0~2天的最多。结论:髌骨骨折患者应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂推荐疗程为5~7天,一般不超过16天;锁骨骨折患者推荐疗程为0~2天,一般不超过7天。髌骨骨折和锁骨骨折均无联合应用活血化瘀类中药注射剂的必要。Objective： To analyze the clinical application situation of blood circulation invigorating and stasis relieving herbal-injections in patella fracture and clavicle fracture of Our Hospital for reference of rational use of the herbal-injections. Methods ： The utilization data of the herbal-injections in patella fracture and clavicle fracture were collected for statistical analysis by the retrospective analysis method. Results. In the patellar fracture cases there were 88.1 % cases which had the Course of treatment in 16 days for the total, while the maximum number of cases is on the 5 days＂ or 7 days＂ Course of treatment. In the clavicular fracture cases there were 85.83~//oo cases which had the Course of treatment in 7 days for the total, while the maximum number of cases is on the 0 days ~ or 2 days＂ Course of treatment. Conclusion： The best course of the patellar fractures treatment is from 5 to 7 days, generally not more than 16 days, as well as the best course of the clavicle fracture＇s treatment is from 0 to 2 days, generally not more than 7 days. There was no necessary to use two or more blood circulation invigorating and stasis relieving herbal-injections in patellar fracture or clavicle fracture.
