身痛逐瘀汤与盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:观察比较身痛逐瘀汤与盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将116例轻中度膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各58例,治疗组患者口服身痛逐瘀汤治疗,对照组患者口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊治疗,疗程均为4周。观察比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogy Score,VAS)和临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者治疗后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者总有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论:身痛逐瘀汤能明显缓解膝骨关节炎疼痛症状,改善关节功能,疗效优于盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective. To observe and compare the clinical effect of Shentong Zhuyu decoction and glucosamine hydrochloride on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods： A total of 116 patients with mild to moderate knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group（58 cases） and control group（58 cases）. The treatment group was treated with Shentong Zhuyu Tang~ While the control group was treated with oral administration of glucosamine hydroehloride capsules. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks , comparing the Visual Analogy Score （VAS） before and after and the clinical efficacy. Results： After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were both lower than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. The declining extent of VAS score of the treatment group was outstabding than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. There was no adverse reaction between the two groups. Conclusion： Shentong Zhuyu Tang can relieve the pain symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and improve its function. The curative effect is better than that of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules, which is safe and reliable for clinical application.
