摘 要:目的:分析血小板平均体积(MPV)在采用电阻抗法检测时对血小板结计数的影响。方法:利用电阻抗法、荧光染色法与参考方法进行血小板检测,运用SPSS17.0ROC曲线分析MPV对电阻抗法检测血小板的敏感度和特异性,甄选MPV对血小板影响的最佳阈值。结果:Sysmex XN-2000血细胞分析仪电阻抗法测定血小板MPV>13.5fl时,其测定值不准确,而F通道计数血小板更为准确。结论:Sysmex XN-2000F通道更适合低值血小板测定。Objective:Mean platelet volume (MPV) was used to detect the platelet count in the electrical im- pedance method by hematology analyzer. Method: Platelet detection using the method of resistance, fluorescence staining and reference method. ROC curve was used to analyze the sensitivity and specificity of SPSS17.0 in the detection of platelet and MPV, then select the best threshold for the effect of MPV on platelets. Result:When MPV〉13.5 fl, the impedance method for the determination of platelet is not accurate by Sysmex XN-2000 hema- tology analyzer, but F channel count platelets more accurate. Conclusion:Count of low value platelets is more suit- able for PLT-F than electrical impedance method on Sysmex XN-2000.
