抗M抗体、抗Lea抗体以及自身冷抗体引起的输血交叉配血不合1例

摘　　要：不规则抗体是指除ABO血型抗体以外的血型抗体。有临床意义的不规则抗体会导致溶血性输血反应,破坏输入的不配合的红细胞或缩短其寿命,产生溶血性输血反应,轻则影响输血效果,重则危及生命。因此,血型鉴定及不规则抗体的筛查在临床配血占据着重要地位。本中心研究室在输血前抗体筛查试验中发现合并抗M抗体、抗Lea抗体以及自身冷抗体引起的输血交叉配血不合1例,现报告如下。Summary Irregular antibody refers to blood type antibody except ABO blood group antibody. Irregular anti- bodies can cause hemolytic transfusion reaction and destroy the red blood cells or shorten theirs life, then affect the effect of blood transfusion and even life-threatening. Therefore, it is very important to have clinical blood typing and irregular antibody screening. This center laboratory found 1 case combined anti-M antibodies, anti-Lea anti- bodies and cold autoantibodies which caused blood cross-matching incompatibility before blood transfusion antibody screening experiment.
