龙胆通窍丸对湿热型慢性鼻窦炎患者血清IL-6和IL-8水平的影响

摘　　要：目的本课题旨在中医理论的指导下,探讨龙胆通窍丸治疗湿热型慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效,观察相关分子表达、临床疗效评分,从而为该方的临床运用提供理论根据及数据支持。方法选择湿热型慢性鼻窦炎患者80例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组各40例;治疗组以龙胆通窍丸口服,3次/日。对照组采用西医常规治疗。结果治疗后两组VAS、Lund-Kennedy[1]评分均有不同程度降低(P<0.05),与对照组相比治疗组治疗后VAS、Lund-Kennedy评分显著下降(P<0.05);治疗后两组血清IL-6和IL-8水平有改善作用(P<0.05),与对照组相比治疗组治疗后血清IL-6和IL-8水平改善作用作用更明显(P<0.05)。结论龙胆通窍丸能显著提高湿热型慢性鼻窦炎患者的治疗效果,其作用优于西药。Objective Under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine will lead to explore gentian：the clinical curative effect of treatment of syndrome of chronic sinusitis. Observe relevant molecular expression,clinical efficacy score, thus for clinical trials of Longdan Tongqiao pills provide theoretical basis and data support. Methods Choice of 80 cases of damp heat type chronic sinusitis patients randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each with 40 cases in each; the treatment group with Longdan Tongqiao pill, 3 times daily. The control group was treated with routine western medicine. Results After treatment, the Lund-Kennedy and VAS scores of the two groups were decreased significantly （P〈0.05）, and the Lund-Kennedy and VAS scores were significantly decreased （P〈0.05）; In the two groups after treatment serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 has improved effect （P〈0.05）, the treatment group compared with control group after treatment to improve the level of serum IL-6 and IL-8 effect more apparentand （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Longdan Tongqiao pills can significantly improve the effect of the treatment of patients with syndrome of chronic sinusitis and its role as the western medicine .
