低温等离子射频消融术治疗会厌脓肿28例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨支撑喉镜下低温等离子射频消融术治疗会厌脓肿的临床疗效。方法对2009年1月~2016年6月收治的28例患者使用低温等离子射频消融术治疗会厌脓肿,术后随访6~12个月,观察其疗效及并发症。结果全部手术均一次成功,术后临床症状改善满意,会厌创面愈合良好,无复发及严重并发症。结论低温等离子射频消融术治疗会厌脓肿,手术安全高效、出血量少、副损伤小;术后恢复迅速、严重并发症少、近期复发率较低等,疗效满意,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the curative effect of abscess of epiglottis treated with temperature controlled radiofrequency ablation under self-retaining laryngoscope. Methods 28 cases of patients with abscess of epiglottis treated with temperature controlled radiofrequeney ablation were enrolled in this study from Jan, 2009 to June, 2016. They were followed up for 6-12 months so as to observe the curative effect and complications. Results All patients had successful surgery with satisfactory postoperative symptoms. The epiglottis wound healed well, without recurrence of the abscess and serious complications. Conclusion Temperature controlled radiofrequency ablation guided by self-retaining laryngoscope had the advantages of safe ,effective , less bleeding, fast recovery, and low recurrence rate, which indicated that it was worth clinical promotion.
