口腔散治疗中年口腔溃疡并发咽炎的疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的对中药口腔散治疗中年口腔溃疡并发咽炎的疗效及安全性予以研究,为疾病治疗方法的选择提供指导。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2015年2月-2016年2月间治疗的125例口腔溃疡并发咽炎患者分为观察和对照组。按照分组分别予以中药口腔散联合咽炎片和常规药物治疗。连续治疗后就其疗效,安全性及生活质量等数据进行组间比较。结果两研究组的总有效率分别为95.2%和83.9%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两研究组不良反应发生率分别为19.0%和30.6%,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1/2,1,3,6个月的复发率分别为7.9%,14.3%,19.5%和28.6%均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两研究组生活质量评分分别为(75.3±10.5)分和(75.5±10.6)分,组间无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后两研究组的生活质量评分分别为(55.6±9.3)分和(64.8±9.5)分,观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药口腔散是治疗中年口腔溃疡并发咽炎安全有效的治疗方式,且具有复发率低,生活质量改善显著等优势,具有推广价值。Objective To study the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine oral powder in the treatment of middle aged patients with oral ulcer complicated with pharyngitis, and to provide guidance for the choice of the treatment of the disease. Methods 125 cases of patients with oral ulcer complicated with pharyngitis were divided into observation group and control group in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 by using the method of random number table. According to the group, the traditional Chinese medicine oral powder combined with pharyngitis tablets and conventional drug treatment were given. After continuous treatment, the data of the efficacy, safety and quality of life were compared between groups. Results The total effective rate of the two study groups was 95.2% and $3.9%, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）; The adverse reaction rate of the two study groups was 19% and 30.6%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate of the observation group after 1/2,1, 3, 6 months of the treatment was 7.9%, 14.3%, 19.5% and 28.6%, it was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; The quality of life scores of the two study groups before treatment were （75.3±10.5） and （75.5±10.6）, there was no significant difference between groups （P〉0.05）; The quality of life scores of the two study groups after treatment were （55.6±9.3） and （64.8±9.5）, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine oral powder is a safe and effective treatment for middle aged patients with oral ulcer complicated with pharyngitis, and has the advantages of low recurrence rate, significant improvement in quality of life, and so on. It has the value of popularization.
