不同护理方式对变应性鼻炎疗效的辅助促进作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察不同护理方式对变应性鼻炎的辅助治疗作用。方法以2014年7月~2015年5月收治的1414例变应性鼻炎患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组在对照组护理基础之上给予优质护理干预。护理干预周期持续1年。护理干预周期结束后,比较两组患者的SAS评分和SDS评分、生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果观察组SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),各项生活质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度达到97.60%,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理应用于变应性鼻炎患者的辅助治疗,能够更好地缓解焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,提高生活质量及护理满意度。Objective To investigate the adjunctive effect of different types of nursing procedure on patients with allergic rhinitis based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this trial were 1414 cases with allergic rhinitis studied from July 2014 to May 2015, divided into experimental group （EG） and control group （CG）. Patients in CG received routine nursing care, while those in EG received nursing intervention of high quality on the basis of routine nursing care, all lasted for one year. By the end of intervening period, a comparative analysis was carried out among patients in both groups on the changes in the scores of SAS, SDS and quality of life （QOL） and in the satisfactory levels about nursing for them. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in EG than that in CG （P〈0.05）, while ones of QOL were higher obviously in EG than that in CG （P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory level about nursing was 97.60% in EG, markedly higher than that in CG（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention in high quality, when used as an adjunctive treating procedure to the treatment of AR, can relieve anxiety, depression and other negative emotions much better to improve the quality of life and the degree of satisfaction with nursing.
