无级变速山地自行车设计及力学仿真

摘　　要：创新设计了一种无级变速山地自行车,详细分析了无级变速器与助力器的工作原理与结构;计算了无级变速山地自行车起步瞬间的驱动力。结果表明,设计的自行车启动十分轻便,无级变速器的结构合理。对车架以及车把在行走过程中的受力进行了有限元分析,车架的位移云图与应力分布图、车把的位移变形图表明,设计的车架、车把的应力和变形足够满足使用要求,结构的安全系数较高。A kind of CVT mountain bike is designed innovatively, the working principle and structure of the continuously variable transmission （CVT） and booster are analyzed in detail. The driving force when CVT mountain bike started is calculated, all show that the bike started lightly with the reasonable transmission structure. The finite element analysis （FEA） of frame and handlebar is carried out, the displacement contour and stress distribution figures of the frame as well as the displacement maps of the handlebar indicate that the structure could meet the requirements with a higher safety factor.
