摘  要:利用ANSYS Workbench建立了基于赫兹理论假设条件的6206氮化硅混合陶瓷球轴承有限元分析模型,得到了滚动体与内、外圈的接触应力分布,计算结果与赫兹接触理论的一致性较好,证明该有限元分析模型的正确性。在此基础上,对滚动体施加旋转载荷,滚动体与内、外套圈接触区域添加摩擦,弥补了赫兹接触理论假设的局限性,得到了复杂工况下的接触应力分布。并以最大接触应力为目标函数,采用直接优化法对内、外圈沟道曲率半径进行优化设计。优化后,轴承的最大接触应力下降了9.21%。The finite element analysis (FEA) model of silicon nitride ceramic ball bearing is established by ANSYS Workbench based on Hertz theory assumption, the contact stress distribution between rolling bodies and rings are attained, the FEA calculation results and Hertz contact theory can match well, which illustrates the correctness of the finite element analysis model. On this basis, the Rotating load and friction are applied to the FEA model to overcome the limitation of the Hertz contact theory, the contact stress distribution of the bearing under complicated working conditions is obtained. Taking the maximum contact stress as the objective function, the curvature radius of the inner and outer rings are optimized by using the direct optimization method. After optimization, the maximum contact stress of the bearing is decreased by 9.21%.
