椎动脉型颈椎病的中医药临床治疗进展

摘　　要：椎动脉型颈椎病是颈椎病中常见的一种类型,以椎动脉受压或刺激而造成椎基底动脉供血不全而出现的证候。故通过检索近年来中医药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的研究文献,从手法治疗、中药治疗、针灸治疗、针刀治疗及中医综合疗法等方面进行综述,以期为椎动脉型颈椎病的中医临床治疗提供参考依据。Cervical spondylotic vertebral artefiopathy is a common type of cervical spondylosis. It is a symptom grouping,because the vertebral artery compression or irritation caused by vertebrobasilar insufficiency emerged. This article retrieved literature on cervical spondylotic vertebral artefiopathy treated with chinese medicine in recent years. This paper reviewed in terms of manipulation treatment,herbs treatment,acupuncture treatment and moxibustion treatment,acupotomy treatment,Chinese Medical combined therapy and so on. This paper aims to provide a reference for TCM Clinical Treatment of cervical spondylotic vertebral artefiopathy.
