摘  要:该文着重研究大规模集中并网的双馈风电基地故障后有功控制行为对系统暂态功角第二摆稳定性的影响机理。首先基于静态扩展等面积定则,对双馈感应式风机接入后系统的网络节点电压方程进行改进,构建适用于含风电多机系统暂态功角稳定性定量分析的等值单机无穷大系统模型;利用该模型对双馈风机与两台同步机互联的简化系统进行解析分析,分别给出风电并网系统暂态功角第二摆失稳的充分条件、必要条件,揭示出故障后风机有功出力低会降低第二摆稳定性;进一步分析风电并网系统中功角第二摆稳定性与第一摆稳定性的关系,从整体上揭示风机有功恢复速率变慢会使原本只会出现首摆失稳的系统发生第二摆失稳,并最终导致系统整体稳定性下降;最后对机理分析进行仿真验证。所做研究拓展了当前风电并网后只关注首摆失稳的暂态功角稳定性分析方法,为大规模风电集中并网电力系统暂态稳定控制提供理论指导。This paper aims to theoretically analyze the impact of post-fault active power control of centralized large-scale wind power base consisted of doubly-fed induction generators (DFIGs) on power system transient second swing stability. Based on the static extended equal area criterion, network node voltage equations of the system integrated with DFIGs were modified and one machine infinite bus model that is suitable for the multi-machine system integrated with wind power was built. By using the model, analytical calculations of two-machine system connected with DFIG were analyzed and the necessary and sufficient conditions for the transient second swing instability were proposed. It reveals that low post-fault active power of wind turbines has adverse effects on transient second swing stability. Then the interrelation between transient first swing stability and second one's of wind power integrated system was investigated. It reveals that as post-fault active power recovery speed of wind turbines gradually gets slower, the system which only had the possibility of first swing instability will have the possibility of second swing instability and it eventually decreases the entire system's transient angle stability. Simulation results show that the mechanism analysis is correct. The research extends the analysis method of transient angle stability of wind power integrated system that only focuses on transient first swing stability and provides theoretical guidance of transient stability control of power system integrated with wind power.
