摘 要:排汽通道流场的好坏直接影响凝汽器的换热性能和机组的安全经济性。利用计算流体力学(computational fluid dynamics,CFD)软件,综合考虑汽轮机末级、排汽缸和凝汽器喉部三者之间的相互影响,对某1000MW机组进行了汽轮机末级和排汽通道的整体耦合研究,并与部分耦合时的计算结果进行对比,以便清晰地了解排汽通道的真实流场。针对排汽通道流场分布特点,通过装设多组导流板对排汽通道流场进行合理改善。计算结果表明:在排汽通道流场和气动性能方面,整体耦合与部分耦合的模拟结果存在较大的差异;加装导流板后,排汽通道流场得到明显改善,在100%工况下,发电机侧排汽通道的压损减小了191.83Pa,出口处汽流的均匀性系数增大了9.26%。The flow field of exhaust passage has an obvious influence on the heat transfer performance of condenser and the safety and economy of steam turbine unit. Considering the influence among steam turbine last stage, exhaust hood, and condenser throat, exhaust passage coupling with last stage in a 1000MW steam turbine were simulated by using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software. And in order to clearly understand the flow field of exhaust passage, the above results were compared with the results of the part coupling simulation. According to the analysis of exhaust passage flow field, optimization measure that installing multiple sets of guide plates into exhaust passage was put forward to improve the flow flied of exhaust passage. The calculation results show that: there is an obvious difference between the overall coupling simulation results and the part coupling simulation results, mainly reflected in the flow field and aerodynamic performance; guide plates equipped improve the flow flied of exhaust passage. Under 100%THA working condition, the pressure loss of the low-pressure exhaust passage reduces 191.83Pa and the uniformity coefficient of the exit increases by 9.26%.
