摘  要:采用理论分析与实验相结合的方法对二氧化硫脲漂白高岭土的机理进行了相关研究。研究表明,二氧化硫脲分子受OH^-攻击和(或)H_2O分子作用活化,生成强还原次硫酸根离子(SO_2^(2-)),在球磨条件下,新生成的活性物质SO_2^(2-)使得矿物颗粒晶体表面的结构铁或层间的浸染铁发生还原反应,导致着色离子Fe^(3+)被还原成Fe^(2+)溶出然后除去,相应高岭土的白度得到提升,同时还对其漂白机理给予了深入分析。In this paper, the mechanism of thiourea dioxide bleaching kaolin was studied by method of combining theoretical analysis and experiment. The results showed that a strong reducible agent(SO_2^(2-)) was formed by OH-attack and(or) H_2O molecules activation. The reduction reaction occurred at iron on the surface of mineral particles and iron between mineral layers due to the generated SO_2^(2-)under mechanically ball-milling, resulting in coloring ion Fe^(3+) reduced to Fe^(2+). Then the Fe^(2+) ions were dissolved and removed afterwards, which improved the whiteness of kaolin accordingly. In addition, the mechanism of thiourea dioxide bleaching kaolin was discussed deeply.
