自动乳腺全容积扫查对乳腺肿块第二眼诊断的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨自动乳腺全容积成像对仅磁共振显示的乳腺病变的第二眼诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性研究磁共振发现BI-RADS 4类及以上35个病变,首次超声及自动乳腺全容积成像未发现,对比常规超声及自动乳腺全容积成像进行第二眼超声对病变的检出率以及病理类型。结果常规超声第二眼诊断乳腺病变的检出率为65.7%(23/35),自动乳腺全容积扫查第二眼诊断检出率为60%(21/35),二者无统计学差距(卡方检验P>0.05),对于恶性肿瘤的检出病例数一致。结论自动乳腺全容积扫查可用于第二眼诊断,与常规超声的病变检出率无显著差异,对恶性病变检出率一致,且无须召回患者,可有效替代超声作为第二眼诊断手段。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ABVS second look of breast masses in Enhanced MRI.Methods Retrospective study of 35 masses in contrast-enhanced MRI with BI-RADS grades 4and above（which are occult by first-look ultrasound and ABVS）,to compare the second-look efficacy of ultrasound and ABVS,also to obtain the pathological findings.Results Recalled ultrasound found 23 masses and ABVS second look found 21 masses.There is no significant difference in second look efficacy（P〈0.05）,and both found 4malignant masses.Conclusions ABVS may be the supplement for breast mass second look,with the same efficacy of ultrasound,and is identical in detecting malignant masses as second-look ultrasound,thus do not have to recall the patient.
