胃重复畸形的产前超声诊断及预后

摘　　要：目的探讨胎儿胃重复畸形的产前超声特征与预后。方法对来我院进行Ⅲ级筛查的44 328例孕妇进行常规检查,并对其中怀疑胃重复畸形的15例孕妇进行追踪观察,结合出生后手术及检查结果进行对比分析。结果胃重复畸形发病率低。15例怀疑胃重复畸形的病例全部出生,5例经手术证实,确诊率为33%;2例误诊,分别证实为肝囊肿、肾上腺囊肿;8例未追踪到结果,原因为无症状未检查或未手术而影像学检查无法确定。单纯胃重复畸形预后较好。结论产前彩超能够直观显示腹腔囊肿的形态与特征,及其与周边器官的关系,对诊断胃重复畸形具有重要价值,对产前咨询及临床预后具有重要指导意义。Objective To investigate the prenatal ultrasonographic features and prognosis of fetal gastric duplication.Methods During 44328 pregnant women were detected with ultrasound detailed examination in our hospital,the15 pregnant women of gastric duplication were suspected,Follow up observation and Analysis them according to the results of surgery and examination.Results Low incidence of gastric duplication.15 cases of suspected gastric duplication were born in 15 cases,5cases were confirmed by operation,The diagnosis rate was 33%;2cases were misdiagnosed,Confirmed respectively Liver cyst,adrenal cyst;8cases did not track the results,The cause was that asymptomatic or Imaging examination can not be confirmed.The prognosis of simple gastric duplication is good.ConclusionsPrenatal color Doppler ultrasound can directly display the morphology and characteristics of abdominal cysts,and its relationship with the surrounding structures.It has important value in the diagnosis of gastric duplication,and has important guiding significance for clinical practice.
