胎儿生殖系统囊性病变的产前超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨产前超声在胎儿生殖系统囊性病变中的应用价值,提高其产前检出率。方法总结我院产前超声诊断的17例胎儿生殖系统囊性病变的声像图特征,并与随访结果相对比。结果 17例胎儿中,泄殖腔畸形5例(5/17),卵巢囊肿7例(7/17),单纯性子宫阴道积液5例(5/17);5例泄殖腔畸形均引产后证实;7例卵巢囊肿于产后证实,其中4例随访已消失,3例尚在随访中;5例单纯性子宫阴道积液均于随访过程中消失。结论胎儿生殖系统的囊性病变有其特征性的产前超声声像图表现,早期的正确诊断为临床咨询及胎儿的预后评估提供了有效帮助。Objective To investigate the value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of cystic lesions of fetal genital system,and to improve the prenatal detection rate.Methods To summarize the ultrasonographic features of17 cases with fetal cystic lesions in our hospital,and compare with the results of follow-up.Results 5cases of fetus cloacal malformation in 17cases（5/17）,7cases of ovarian cyst（7/17）,5cases of uterine vaginal effusion（5/17）;5cases of cloacal malformation were confirmed after induction of labor;7cases of ovarian cyst were confirmed in postpartum,4cases has disappeared,3cases are still in follow-up;5cases of hydrometrocolpos were disappeared in the process of follow-up.Conclusions The cystic and venereal diseases of the fetal genital system are characterized by prenatal sonographic findings.The early diagnosis of the disease is helpful to the clinical consultation and the prognosis of the fetus.
