摘 要:目的了解唐山市2011-2016年蝇类种群密度,季节消长及不同月份,不同生境蝇类种群多样性特征,为有效防制蝇类提供科学依据。方法采用笼诱法5-10月监测蝇种密度。蝇种多样性研究采用多样性指数、均匀度指数和优势度指数进行分析。结果 6年蝇监测数据显示,棕尾别麻蝇、家蝇、厩腐蝇和丝光绿蝇密度位居前4位。不同生境中以农贸市场蝇密度最高,为6.06只/笼。蝇类季节消长呈单峰曲线,总密度高峰出现在7月份。从6年合计不同月份蝇类多样性指数分析看,5月多样性指数最高,为1.359;9月均匀度指数最高,为0.851;10月优势度指数最高,为0.459。从不同环境多样性指数分析看,农贸市场多样性指数最高,为1.352;居民区均匀度指数最高,为0.793;绿化带优势度指数最高,为0.571。结论棕尾别麻蝇为唐山市的优势蝇种;农贸市场蝇种最多,蝇密度最高,是重要的蝇类孳生地;5月份蝇种最多,7月份蝇密度最高,9月份各蝇种密度最均匀。Objective The aim of this study was to analyze the population density, seasonal fluctuation and diversity of flies at different habitants in different months in Tangshan from 2011 to 2016, in order to provide a scientific basis for fly control. Methods Cage trap method was used to analyze fly density from May to October.Diversity index, evenness index, dominance index was analyzed. Results The top 4 dominant species were Boettcherisca peregrina, Musca domestica, Muscina stabulans, Lucilia sericata for 6 years in Tangshan. The environment with the highest density was farmers market (6.06 flies/cage). The overall seasonal prevalence was a single-peak curve. The highest peak of flies appeared in July. According to species diversity index from population density of flies, the highest diversity index appeared in May and the highest evenness index appeared in September, which were 1.359 and 0.851, respectively. And the highest dominance index appeared in October, which was 0.459. According to species diversity index from different environment, the highest diversity index was 1.352 in farmer's market and the highest evenness index was 0.793 in residential area. The highest dominance index was 0.571 in green belt. Conclusion The dominant species was Boettcherisca peregrine in Tangshan. The highest density of fly species was in the farmers market, which was an important files breeding sites. The most fly species appeared in May. The highest density appeared in July and the most evenly of the flies density appeared in September.
