摘　　要：为响应健康中国、"互联网+"战略,落实医改政策,促进分级诊疗落地,推动医疗健康大数据的应用发展,福州总医院发挥信息化建设的厚积优势,构建互联网医院,借助"互联+"新技术提高医院管理水平。福州总医院互联网医院从2015年10月开始认证,于2016年8月正式上线,经过近一年的运行,进一步优化了诊疗流程,提升了医疗服务水平,大幅改善了军地患者的就医体验,打造了军民融合的样板式互联网+服务新模式。To respond to health china, Internet plus strategy, implement the policy of health care reform, promote grading and treatment, promote the application and development of medical health data. Fuzhou genenral hospital plays the advantage of informatization construction to build the Internet hospital and improve hospital management level with new technology. The Internet hospital certification from October 2015, it＇ s officially online in August 2016. After nearly a year of operation, further optimization of the medical treatment process, significantly improved the patient＇ s medical experience, make the new model for the Internet plus service of civil-military inosculation.
