摘　　要：目的:研究互联网诊疗质量管理办法,提高医疗安全,提升患者满意度。方法:分析当前医疗机构互联网诊疗质量管理面临矛盾困难,进行实际与探索,总结经验做法。结果:同步加强制度建设,严格限定服务范围,妥善区分诊疗对象,积极了解患者体验,可以有效提高互联网诊疗质量。结论:持续改进互联网诊疗质量,可最终实现患者与医疗机构双赢。Objective ： To study the methods of quality management of Internet diagnosis and treatment, and improve medical safety and patient satisfaction. Methods： To analyze the present situation of the medical institution＇s Internet diagnosis and treatment, practice and explore, and summarize experience practice, kesults： In order to improve the quality of Internet diagnosis and treatment, we ~ improve the system construction, strictly limit the scope of service, properly distinguish the patient＇s treatment, and actively understand the experience of the patient. Conclusion： Improvement of the quality of Internet diagnosis and treatment will eventually lead to a win-win situation for patients and medical institutions.
