摘　　要：目的:设计一套切实可行的院前急救系统。方法:系统通过智能设备采集病人生命体征信息,然后将病人信息、医生处置等数据以WebService的方式与HIS、LIS、PACS、EMR等系统进行整合。从而实现了提前进行预约挂号以及处置,缩短了病人入院后的等待时间,提高抢救成功率。结果:系统实现了院前急救电子化,将院前急救处理情况与入院后HIS之间的信息共享,打破传统院前急救处理信息孤岛状态。结论:该系统的设计方案科学可行,富有创新性,能更加全面掌握急救患者病情,为诊断治疗提供依据,也将大大缩短病人等待时间,提高急救质量。Objective： Design a feasible pre-hospital emergency system. Methods： The system collects the vital signs of patients by intelligent devices, patient information, medical treatment and other data integration with HIS, LIS, PACS, EMR and other systems by WebService. So as to achieve an advance booking and disposal, shorten the waiting time of patients after admission, improve the success rate of rescue. Results： The system reahzes the electronic pre-hospital care, information sharing between pre-hospital emergency treatment and HIS after admission, breaks the traditional state of the island before the first aid treatment information. Conclusion： The system is designed scientific, practical and innovative, more comprehensives grasp of emergency patients, provides the basis for diagnosis and treatment, greatly shortens the patient waiting time, improves the quality of first aid.
