摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革的推进,医疗行业市场化程度加深,行业竞争日趋激烈,这就要求医院不断提高固定资产管理水平,从而提升医院行业竞争力。本文设计开发了基于HRP的固定资产管理、预算管理等专用系统,并通过集成平台接口对接方式,互联现有的图书馆管理、财务EAS等系统,从而形成了一个固定资产全生命周期管控体系。该体系的建立,实现了固定资产从采购立项、合同管理,到日常业务、报废处理等全生命周期管控,以及资产建档全程溯源。本体系提高了固定资产管理效率及管理质量,促进了固定资产的有效利用,从而提升了医院行业竞争力。Along with the advancement of medical system reform, the health care industry marketization degree deepens, the increasingly fierce competition in the industry, which requires hospitals to improve the fixed assets management level, so as to promote the competitiveness of the hospital industry. This paper designed and developed fixed assets management, budget management, and other dedicated system, which based on H1KP. We through the integration platform interface docking way, interconnection of the existing library management, and financial EAS system, thus formed the whole life cycle of a fixed asset control system. The establishment of the system has realized the management of the whole hfe cycle of fixed assets, which include the procurement project, contract management, daily business, scrap processing control and so on, it also record asset files on achieving full traceability. This system can improve the fixed assets management eflfciency and management quality, promote the effective use of fixed assets, so as to promote the competitiveness of the hospital industry.
