摘 要:目的探讨湿润烧伤膏(moist exposed burn ointment,MEBO)治疗电弧烧伤的临床疗效。方法对2012年8月—2016年2月苏州市消防支队卫生队烧伤整形科收治的64例电弧烧伤患者全程采用MEBO换药治疗,观察创面愈合时间及愈合效果。结果所有患者创面均完全愈合,且未发生创面感染,其中浅Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间为(8.2±2.2)d,深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合时间为(17.8±3.8)d,Ⅲ度烧伤创面愈合时间为(31.6±4.6)d。患者出院后随访8~14个月,创面愈合优良率达93.80%。结论MEBO可明显缩短电弧烧伤创面愈合时间,降低创面感染率及瘢痕增生率,疗效显著,且操作简便,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) in the treatment of electric arc burns. Methods Sixty-four patients with electric arc burns admitted to the Burns and Plastic Surgery Departmerit of Medical Unit of Suzhou Municipal Fire Brigade between August 2012 and February 2016 were treated by the dressing change of using MEBO. The clinical outcomes and wound healing time were observed. Results All wounds were healed completely without any wound infection. The wound healing time was (8.2 ±2. 2) d, ( 17.8±3.8) d and (31.6 ±4. 6) d for superficial second degree burns, deep second degree burns and third degree bums respectively. Patients were followed up for 8 - 14 months after discharge, and the excellent wound healing rate was 93.80%. Conclusion MEBO in the treatment of electric arc burns can significantly shorten the wound healing time and reduce the incidences of wound infection and hypertrophic scarring with good clinical efficacy and easy procedures, deserving to be promoted in clinical practice.
