摘 要:该文选定钢箱梁柔性桥面铺装体系为研究对象,运用局部箱梁段分析法,以铺装层和钢桥面板作为整体,应用ANSYS软件,针对正交异形板、铺装层构建三维有限元模型,探讨了车轮荷载作用下钢桥面板界面、柔性铺装层的变形分布规律、应力状况等。研究发现,在轮载增加的同时,表面最大弯沉、横向拉应力等均随之而增大;铺装层中拉应力值较小,铺装层与钢板间剪应力较大;横向拉应力为柔性铺装中拉应力的主要控制指标;正交异性板的刚度突变位置处应力值往往达到最大。研究结果对钢桥面铺装设计和施工具有一定的指导作用。In this paper, the flexible deck pavement system of steel box girder serves as the research object. The pavement layer and the steel bridge deck are seen as a whole, assisted with the local box section analysis method and the ANSYS software, and a three-dimensional finite element model is established for the orthogonal-shaped plate and the pavement layer to discuss the deformation distribution law and the stress situation of the steel bridge deck interface and the flexible pavement layer under the wheel load. It is found that the maximum deflection and lateral tension stress increase with the in- crease of the wheel load, and the tensile stress in the pavement layer is small, and the shear stress between the pavement layer and the steel plate is large, the lateral tension stress is the main control index of that in the flexible pavement, and the stress value of the stiffness spot of the orthogonal-shaped plate generally reaches the largest. The reSearch results can somewhat guide the design and construction of the steel bridge deck pavemant.
