摘　　要：城市的文脉传承离不开历史建筑的支撑,产业类历史建筑是城市发展非常重要的见证。保护产业类历史建筑的关键在于对其进行更新与再利用,赋予其新的使用功能,使其融入城市的片区发展。该文简要介绍了重庆产业类历史建筑的背景与概况,分析了其特色与价值,在探索其保护与利用趋向的基础上,提出了产业类历史建筑的再生模式。The cultural heritage of a city relies to some extent on its historical buildings, and the industrial ones are a very important witness to the devel- opment of the city. The key to protecting the industrial historical buildings lies in the renovation and reuse, and makes them develop with the city by giving them new functions. This paper briefly introduces the background and profile of the industrial historical buildings in Chongqing, analyzes the characteristics and values, and presents the renewal model for this type of buildings based on the protection and utilization trend.
