摘 要:针对复杂型面修边镶件无法调整波浪刃口以及加工难度大的问题,提出了基于CATIA平台的刃口面拟合方法,实现了平滑无起皱刃口面的自动创建。为解决CATIA复杂曲线创建桥接曲面失败或曲面起皱问题,提出了以曲率变化为基础分割曲线和分段桥接的方法,将曲线整体拟合分解为局部拟合,降低了曲面拟合难度。在某翼子板修边镶件设计中,该方法能适应形状复杂的修边线拟合,生成的刃口面质量良好,结果表明该方法能提高曲面创建的成功率,具有较好的实用价值。Aiming at the problems that wave cutting couldn't be adjusted and difficult to process caused by the complex profile in trimming insert, a method of cutting surface fit- ting based on CATIA platform was proposed. It realized the automatic generation of smooth and unwrinkled cutting surface. In order to solve the problems of failing to gener- ate bridging surface or the wrinkled cutting surface, a method of split curve and segment- ed bridging based on the variety of the curvature was presented. And the whole curve fit- ting was decomposed into local fitting, which reduced the difficulty of surface fitting. Tak- ing the design of a fender trimming insert as an example, it could adapt to the complex trimming line fitting and the cutting surface was good. The results indicated that the meth- od could improve the surface generation, and the practical value was strong.
