摘　　要：针对地板下板的结构特点以及需2次拉深成形的工艺要求,对地板下板的成形工序及拉深级进模进行了设计。通过增加工艺切刀,解决了地板下板拉深成形的材料浪费问题,在节约原材料的同时,也有利于后续盒形件拉深成形。经生产验证:该方法实施可行,节约生产材料,经济效益良好。The forming process and the drawing progressive die of the lower floor board were designed in view of the structural characteristics and needed two times drawing. Final- ly the material was saved by added the craft cutter, which could not only save the raw ma- terials, but also benefit to the drawing forming of the box part. Practice proved that the so- lution was feasible.
