摘  要:介绍了汽车覆盖件模具非标准零件的成组研究方法,利用excel软件的编程功能进行筛选,并利用UG软件进行点位绘制,生成星空图,在众多的规格中找到最常用规格,并以此进行设计和备料,减少了模具非标准零件规格,体现了成组设计的思想,较为集中的零件规格有利于模具的生产制造和管理,并降低模具制造成本。The research method of group technology on non-standard parts for automobile panel cover dies was proposed. The parts were choose by using the edit function of excel software, and the points were drew by using UG software, which could achieve starry sky map. Finally, the most common specifications were found. It could use in the die design and material preparation which reduced the specifications of the non-standard parts great- ly. The group technology reflected the idea of group design, and was benefit to the manu- facture and management of the mould.
