摘　　要：依据计量标准考核的要求,通过对计量标准的工作原理,进行重复性、稳定性指标和不确定度的验证考核,建立符合量值传递的步距规校准装置标准器组,以便开展相应仪器的检定工作。According to the requirements of the measurement standard, the calibration de- vice of step gage that met the requirements of value transfer was set up by analyzing the work principle of the measurement standard, tile verification and assessment of repeatabili- ty, stability index and uncertainty. The calibration device was used to check the correspond- ing machine.
