摘 要:针对白胶煤矿2410底板道运输巷围岩变形严重、支护难度大的问题;依据"高预应力强力支护"理论;采用FLAC3D数值模拟分析2种不同支护设计方案;模拟结果表明,两帮和顶底板移近量分别较少360 mm和240 mm,由此确定2410底板道运输巷支护方案;通过现场试验应用效果分析,试验结果表明,顶底板移近量和两帮收敛量最大值分别是26 mm和21 mm;锚杆、锚索支护范围的围岩稳定、变形量较小;巷道支护效果良好。For support difficult problems and serious deformation in 2410 floor transport roadway in Baijiao Coal Mine, according to the theory of "high pre-stressed force supporting", FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation is used to analyze two different support design projects. The simulation results show that the deformation value of two walls and roof and floor is less than 360 mm and 240 mm respectively; we determine 2410 floor transport roadway support project, through field application test and supporting effect inspection; the test results show that the maximum values of roof and floor deformation as well as the two walls are 26 mm and 21 mm respectively; surrounding rock in the supporting range of bolt and anchor is stability, the deformation is small and roadway support effect is good.
