观察平片无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的效果及并发症发病率

摘　　要：目的探讨平片无张力修补术与充填式无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝气的疗效差异。方法选择我院2014年7月~2015年7月收治的腹股沟疝气患者76例,将其随机分为观察组和对照组每组38例,对照组采用充填式无张力疝修补术,观察组采用平片无张力疝修补术,比较组间手术指标差异、疗效差异以及并发症的发生情况。结果观察组和对照组的治疗总有效率分别为97.37%(37/38)、94.74%(36/38),组间疗效比较无显著差异(χ~2=0.347,P>0.05);观察组术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为7.89%,显著低于对照组的31.58%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中对照组存在异物感的患者明显多于观察组。结论平片无张力疝修补术疗效与充填式疝修补术疗效相当,当平片无张力疝修补术术后并发症相对较少,且费用较少,更适合推广使用。Objective To investigate the curative difference of treatment of inguinal hernia with tension-free hernia repair and plug mesh tension-free hernia repair. Methods 76 cases of inguinal hernia treated in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 38 cases in each group. The patients in control group were treated with plug mesh tension-free hernia repair, the patients in observation group were treated with tension-free hernia repair, the difference of operation index comparison, therapeutic effects and complications between groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.37%（37/38）, and that of the control group was 94.74%（36/38）, there was no significant difference between groups（X2=0.347, P 〈 0.05）. The blood volume, hospital length and hospitalization cost of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the observation group（P 〈 0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 7.89%, significantly lower than 31.58% in the control group, There were significant difference between groups（P 〈 0.05）. In the control group, there were significantly more patients which have foreign body sensation than the observation group. Conclusion The efficacy of tension-free hernia repair was similar to that of the plug mesh tension-free hernia repair. The complications are relatively small and the cost is less and more suitable for promotion.
