摘 要:研究荷叶、水稻叶在不同温度蒸馏水浸泡后润湿性随温度变化规律。结果表明:实验条件下,浸泡后荷叶、水稻叶表面微观形貌无明显变化,而接触角随温度升高而降低,大约在68℃左右,润湿性发生较大变化。其原因是随着温度升高,水的表面张力与叶片表面能之差越来越小,水滴在叶表收缩作用减弱,无法形成完美的球形,甚至铺展成薄膜状,从而使荷叶、水稻叶疏水性变差甚至转变为亲水性。The paper presented a research on the rules of the changes of wettability of lotus and rice leaves having been soaked in distilled water with temperature variation. The result shows that surface microscopic appearance of these leaves after being soaked does not change obviously under experimental conditions but their contact angles will lower when the temperature rises. At about 68°c,their wetability will change a lot because they will decrease in hydrophobicity or even turn to hydrophilic since water drops fail to shrink and form perfect spheres or even stretch like a film because of the increasingly smaller difference between surface tension and surface energy when temperature rises.
