摘　　要：本文基于科研训练实践环节在本科培养环节中开展的现状,根据专业实际、实验室资源和师资力量,针对创新人才培养,进行科研训练专项培养,优化课程体系和本科人才培养方案,拓展学生的科研视野和举办科研竞赛等措施以促进本科生创新素质的培养。In this paper,we have taken measures such as special research and training,optimized the curriculum system and undergraduate education plan as well as expanded the vision of students＇ scientific research field. We have taken scientific research contests and so on to promote the cultivation of the undergraduates＇ innovative qualities,which based on the current status of research and training in undergraduate training,professional practice,lab resources and faculty.
