摘　　要：随着新媒体的快速发展与广泛应用,人们能够便捷地获取网络信息、发表言论,对学习生活带来极大便利。高校突发事件在新媒体环境下面临新的挑战,甚至会主导事件的发展方向。本文从高校突发事件网络舆论的涵义和特征入手,探讨了新媒体环境下高校突发事件的应对和网络舆论引导策略,为处理好高校突发事件提出有效的方法途径。With the rapid development of new media and widely used,people can easily access the network information,speech,and bring great convenience to learn. College emergencies in the new media environment are facing new challenges,and even lead the development direction of the event. Starting from the meaning and characteristics of public opinion in colleges and universities,this paper discusses the countermeasures of college emergencies and the guidance strategy of public opinion in the new media environment,and puts forward an effective way to deal with emergencies in colleges and universities.
