摘 要:目的:探讨综合健康教育流程在经皮冠状动脉介入术(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:将心内科行择期PCI的冠心病患者142例,根据入院时间先后分为观察组与对照组各71例。对照组给予常规护理与健康教育;观察组在此基础上给予综合健康教育流程干预。观察比较两组患者的心功能、自我管理能力及心脏不良事件情况。结果:观察组与对照组介入后3个月左心室射血分数(LVEF),均明显高于介入前组内与组间对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组日常生活管理、疾病医学管理、情绪管理等评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者心肌梗死、心源性死亡、心绞痛、心力衰竭等心脏不良事件少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合健康教育流程在PCI后患者的应用有助于改善心功能,提高自我管理能力,从而减少心脏不良事件的发生。Objective: To explore the application effects of comprehensive health education in health education of patients with percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods: 142 patients undergoing elective PCI in patients with coronary heart disease, they were equally divided into observation group and control group of 71 cases accorded to the order of admission. The control group was given usual nursing and health education, the observation group were given comprehensive health education intervention. The cardiac function,self-management ability and adverse cardiac events were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) values after the intervention 3 months in two group were significantly higher than before the intervention, compared within group and between group differences were all statistical significance( P〈0.05). The scores of daily life management, medical management and emotion management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0.05). The myocardial infarction, angina, cardiac death, heart failure and other cardiac adverse events after 3 months of intervention in the observation group were significantly less than the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive health education process application in PCI patients can improve cardiac function, improve the ability of self-management, thereby, reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events that has good application values.
