自拟祛风止咳液治疗小儿风热咳嗽临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究自拟祛风止咳液治疗小儿风热咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:116例风热咳嗽患儿,随机分为实验组和对照组,各58例。对照组患儿给予口服头孢克肟颗粒治疗,实验组患儿采用头孢克肟颗粒+祛风止咳液治疗。观察比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:两组患儿经治疗后,实验组患儿总有效率为89.66%,明显高于对照组的62.07%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟祛风止咳液治疗小儿风热咳嗽临床疗效较显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of self made wind expelling cough mixture on children with wind heat cough. Methods： 116 children with wind heat cough were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,each with 58 cases. The children in the control group were treated with oral Cefixime Granules,and the experimental group was treated with Cefixime Granules ＋ wind expelling cough fluid. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared. Results： in the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 89. 66%,significantly higher than 62. 07% of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The self-made wind expelling cough liquid treatment of children with wind heat cough clinical curative effect is obvious,worthy of clinical application.
