周围性面瘫风寒证型温针灸与常规针刺治疗的效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:比较周围性面瘫风寒证型温针灸与常规针刺治疗的临床疗效。方法:86例周围性面瘫风寒证型患者,按照针灸类型不同分为实验组与对照组,各43例。对照组患者给予常规针灸治疗,实验组患者给予温针灸治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果:治疗后,实验组总有效率为95.3%,明显优于对照组的81.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于周围性面瘫风寒证型患者给予温针灸能有效促进患者面部肌肉抽动、口角下垂等症状。Objective： To compare the clinical effects of warm needling and routine acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis and wind cold syndrome. Methods： 86 patients with peripheral facial paralysis and wind cold syndrome were divided into experimental group and control group according to different types of acupuncture,43 cases each. The control group received routine acupuncture treatment,and the experimental group received warm acupuncture treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results： After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 95. 3%,significantly better than 81. 4% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Warming acupuncture can effectively promote the facial muscle tic and ptosis of facial paralysis in patients with peripheral facial paralysis and wind cold syndrome.
