摘　　要：本文根据美国特朗普政府分别于2017年3月和5月提交的2018财年联邦政府预算案,分析预算案的重点、削减联邦政府开支的主要方面、研发经费预算和资助重点的变化,提出需要继续关注的一些方向以及政策建议。According to the budget fiscal year 2018 of the U.S. government respectively submitted by the President Donald J. Trump in March and May, 2017, the paper analyzes the focus of the budget, the main aspects of cutting the federal government expenditure, the changes in R＆D budgets and funding priorities. It presents some directions that need to be concerned as well as policy recommendations.
