摘 要:基于黄骅港港池站和航道40+0站的一年期潮位实测资料及该海域的一年期气象资料,对两站传统预报与实测潮位的差异进行了统计分析,对两站的余水位特性及变化规律进行了研究。研究成果表明:(1)黄骅港传统预报潮位与实测潮位存在一定差别,对于黄骅港乘潮时间较长的航道,传统的潮位预报值还不能作为乘潮进出港的依据,因此进行实时潮位遥测遥报是必要的;(2)港池、航道40+0两站之间的余水位变化具有很强的相关性,可以用余水位修正的方法建立这一水域内相关站点之间的潮位推算模型,实现利用岸基遥测遥报潮位实时推算整个航道潮位。Based on the measured tidal level and meteorological data during one year at harbor basin and channel 40+0 sites in Huanghua Port, the differences between traditional forecast and measured tidal level at two sites were analyzed. The characteristics and variation rules of the residual water level at two sites were studied. These research results indicate that: (1) There are some differences between traditional forecast and measured tidal level in Huanghua Port. For the channel with long period of high tidal level for ship passing, the traditional forecast still cannot be used as foundation for ship entering and leaving harbor. Therefore, telemetering and reporting the real time measured tidal level is very necessary. (2) The correlation of residual water level variation at harbor basin and channel 40+0 sites is very strong. Therefore, the tidal level calculation model at related sites can be established using residual water level correction method. Finally, the tidal level in whole channel can be calculated in real time based on shore-based telemetering and reporting system.
