摘 要:特高压输电为能源互联互通提供稳定通道,是能源资源跨地区优化配置的桥梁。将成熟的特高压交直流技术和设备进行标准化,不仅有利于后续工程的推广应用,还可以在全球能源互联网建设过程中为各国电网和设备的互联互通提供支撑。目前IEC、IEEE、CIGRE等国际组织和中国在特高压输电方面已开展了大量的标准化活动,并积累了一定经验,但还不能完全满足GEI的发展和后续推广应用的需要。通过对国际上各国家设计、施工等环节的差异分析,梳理出现有标准可继承的内容、需修订增补的标准,并按照GEI第一阶段工作目标,提出特高压需要优先制定的标准。UHV transmission provides a stable channel for energy interconnection, which is a bridge for optimizing the allocation of energy resources across regions. The UHV AC / DC transmission technology and equipment standardization are not only conducive to the promotion and application of the follow-up project, but also provide support for the interconnection of national power grid and equipment during the construction of the Global Energy Interconnection (GEl) . At present, IEC, IEEE, CIGRE and China standard organizations have carried out a large number of standardization activities in UHV transmission, and accumulated some experience, which still can not fully meet the needs of the development of GEl .The status of each country differences in design, construction and other aspects. By way of studying and analyzing, we find which standards can be inherited, revised and formulated to keep the GEl work plan of action.
