摘　　要：香港电灯有限公司通过高可靠性配电网网架规划,应用地下电缆、多供电源、低压电网互联设计和配电自动化技术,采用严格的设备选型、状态诊断技术和健康指数评价等一系列措施,实现供电可靠性连续15年保持在99.999 8%以上世界一流水平,非计划停电所致的年均供电中断时间低于1min。通过介绍香港电灯有限公司配电网的规划设计理念和运行维护经验,可为内地高负荷密度城市及全国其他A+供电分区建设世界一流配电网提供参考和借鉴。Through the high reliability distribution grid planning, the application of underground cable, multi-supply, low- voltage power grid interconnection design and distribution automation technology, the use of strict equipment selection, state diagnosis technology and health index evaluation and a series practices and measure, the Hong Kong Electric Co., Ltd. has achieved a world-class level power supply reliability of more than 99.9998%, and the average power supply interruption time caused by unplanned power outages is less than one minute. By introducing the planning concept and operation and maintenance experience of the distribution network of the HEC, this paper can provide a useful reference for the construction of＂ world class＂ distribution network for the high power supply density cities and other A ＋ power supply zons in China.
