摘  要:自备电厂受自身负荷及机组运行状态影响可能出现用网电和向电网供电2种状态。由于上下网电价的差异,需要对上下网电量分别进行计量。当自备电厂与电网中2个及以上变电站联络时,受电网运行状态影响可能会出现穿越潮流。如何在上下网电量计量时剔除穿越电量对准确计量至关重要。文章针对自备电厂并网时可能存在穿越潮流现象进行分析,提出了一种基于瞬时有功功率潮流的自备电厂供用电状态判别方法,在此基础上,引入时钟同步系统,提出一种基于时钟同步信号的自备电厂上下网电量计量方案。通过计量数据对比,验证了本文所提计量方案的准确性。Influenced by their loads and operation states, self-generation power plants may consume power from the grid or supply power to the grid.It is necessary to measure the electrical power injected into the grid and absorbed from the grid because of their price difference.When the self-provided power plant is connected with two or more substations in the power grid, the influence of the power grid operation state may generate pass-through power flow.It is crucial to eliminate the pass-through electricity from in the electrical energy measurement injected into the grid and absorbed from the grid for accurate measurement. In this paper, the pass-through power flow that may occur when the power plant connected to the grid is analyzed.Then, a novel method to judge the power supply state of self-provided power plant by the instantaneous active power flow is proposed. Furthermore, a scheme for measuring the electrical power injected into the grid and absorbed from the grid of the self-provided power plant based on synchronized clock signal is presented.The accuracy of the proposed scheme is verified by comparing with the approximate measurement data.
